Status holders at work at Heijmans: building opportunities together
The labour market is crying out for skilled workers, especially in construction, while many newcomers to the Netherlands still don't get the chance to put their talents to use. Construction company Heijmans from Rosmalen decided to bring these two groups together and launched an innovative programme for new Dutch citizens, in collaboration with the Startcollege at Koning Willem I College.
