 PepsiCo zet zich sinds 2022 in om talenten met een vluchtelingenachtergrond binnen de organisatie te verwelkomen. Het voedingsmiddelen- en drankenbedrijf biedt baankansen in fabrieken in Noord-Holland en op het hoofdkantoor. Daarnaast ondersteunen PepisoCo-collega's talenten in hun arbeidsproces via women mentorprogramma's, georganiseerd door Refugee Talent Hub en Tent Partnership for Refugees.
