Het voedingsmiddelen- en drankenbedrijf biedt baankansen in fabrieken in Noord-Holland en op het hoofdkantoor. Daarnaast ondersteunen PepisoCo-collega's talenten in hun arbeidsproces via women mentorprogramma's, georganiseerd door Refugee Talent Hub en Tent Partnership for Refugees.
