Samen met Refugee Talent Hub hebben we bij IKEA ons werkervaringsprogramma voor verschillende niveaus en functies vorm kunnen geven om talenten met een vluchtelingenachtergrond voor te bereiden op een duurzame plaats op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt.
