Sweco

Sweco is met 21.000 medewerkers Europa's leidende architecten- en ingenieursadviesbureau. 

Elk jaar worden 10 kandidaten direct aangenomen op verschillende afdelingen. Daarnaast worden professionals met een vluchtelingenachtergrond gecoacht door mentoren, om gezamelijk stappen te zetten naar uiteindelijk een betaalde baan.
